Scott Harvey Real Estate is a boutique agency with a very different philosophy to the traditional or institutional approach to the marketing and selling of real estate.

We are a small, stable, long established team of professionals focused on the Byron Hinterland, and very knowledgeable on the constantly changing trends and conditions of the property market in this beautiful area. We utilise the latest technology in the real estate industry, to access up to the minute market information and to ensure that our property listings are properly presented to the targeted buyers.

However, selling a vendors property is far more than just employing technology. Selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience.  We are therefore, committed to providing a personal service to our clients that gives them the levels of regular communication and attention that they would expect.

Scott Harvey Real Estate ensures that we know our clients and properties extremely well, and that we are then, fully equipped to present these properties to prospective purchasers. We also work closely with our clients to develop a tailored marketing plan for their property and map this plan against the progress of the sale.
